No! I have trained clients from 14- 77 years in age, clients with disabilities, mobility problems and various injuries and medical conditions. The best aspect of Personal Training is that it moves at your pace, and the exercises are designed to suit your needs and ability. Everyone experiences major improvements to their lifestyle and appearance through personal training.
This depends on length of session and frequency. While Personal Training does not cost as little as your gym membership, you can’t put a price on the long term investment in your health and how amazing you will feel. My goal is not to push you through intense sessions that will give you short term results or might injure you, but to set you up long term and give you skills that you can take into other gym classes, sports and lifestyle.
Personal Training is superior when it comes to training as it is 100% focussed on YOU. You won’t be held back and you also won’t lag behind either. You will go outside your comfort zone which is where the magic happens. Most people can’t achieve what they achieve with me on their own because they don’t have the confidence or the ability to judge when they are ready. You will achieve all this and more with me.
